Come and see what our Mission Trips to the Yucatan Peninsula are like.
Come and See Missions bring together people of all ages, all denominations and all walks of life. Short term mission volunteers from the United States come to the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico to participate in evangelism through educational, medical, service and construction projects. The goal of this experience is that participants come away with a better understanding of God’s work in their lives and the lives of the people they are serving.
The mission undertakes a variety of projects and all expenses of transportation, lodging, food, tools, equipment and materials are paid for by the volunteers, American and Mayan churches that support YPM.
Come and See Missions are committed to bringing the word of God to the peoples of this part of the world through labors of love. The hundreds of volunteers each year who come serving side-by-side with Mayan/Mexicans to educate, pour concrete, comfort a sick child and share laughter without regard to language go home savoring a rich experience…and the memories of the heartfelt gratitude in the eyes of those they served.
