Mark D. LaGree, Officer.
A American National, who as an officer in a paid position needs to be business minded; task oriented and have good personal skills since he will be accountable for all funds in the organization of YPM from individuals, families, churches, communities, corporations and organizations for financially supported ministries; to enable Come and See Missions, Labors of Love Program families, groups and teams, facilitate individuals in the Field Education Program, advocate the Medical Program including all of the YPM ministry activity for YPM in the USA and Mexico. He will direct and manage all YPM properties, vehicles, equipment, supplies and vendors in Mexico as well as in the USA. This Officer will also supervise the USA and Mexican staff; office(s), manager, representative and specialist.
Reverend William Armando Cen Colli, Officer.
A Mexican National, who is an ordained Presbyterian pastor in the Yucatan Peninsula, and an ordained elder and leader in a Presbytery of the Mexican National Presbyterian Church of the Yucatan Peninsula. This officer is a paid position and is required to have excellent communication skills, and is required to have excellent relationships with the Presbyteries in the Yucatan Peninsula and many personal contacts within the Presbyteries' constituent churches. He will be responsible for providing leadership and implementation for the Come and See Missions, Labors of Love Program families, groups and teams, supervision of individuals in the Field Education Program, actuate the Medical Program, continue and expand all relations with financially supported ministries and serving closely with the USA officer within the YPM organization. This Officer is also responsible for handling all relations of the organization with the coordinator, hosts, translators and construction workers.
Staff
Sandra L. LaGree, Manager.
The Manager is an employee in the USA to operate the YPM office for accountability of all receipts and disbursements of the organization, as well as preparing accounting records for necessary government reports for tax returns, handling official business with government agencies, such as the U.S. Federal Internal Revenue Service and Colorado State Treasury (tax and licenses departments) offices and etc., and has financial powers; banking, accounting, checking accounts, purchase and for monthly agreements of the organization in both countries. The manager will supervise the representative in Mexico.
Erly Flor Tun Santos Cen, Representative.
The Representative is a paid position within the YPM office in Mexico with the highest priority to fully and completely record all receipts and disbursements of the organization, as well as preparing accounting records for necessary government reports for tax returns, handling official business with government agencies, such as Hacienda (tax and licenses departments), Municipal, Social Security, Emigration offices etc., and has financial powers; banking, accounting, checking accounts, purchase and for monthly agreements of the organization in Mexico.
Emillio Cano Celis, Coordinator.
A paid employee as Coordinator is required to assist in making any logistical arrangements for the Come and See Missions Labors of Love Program families, groups, teams, Medical Program medical brigades and individuals in the Field Education Program, providing on site support as mission projects and ministry needs are undertaken. The Coordinator is charged with inventorying and maintaining YPM's materials, equipment and supplies, as well as maintaining YPM's vehicles, properties and facilities.
Specialist. The Specialist is a paid contract employee that seeks to represent YPM in computer technical support, communications and marketing to encourage gifts and bequests for administration and financially supported ministries, and to present YPM in future development for capital and endowment fundraising.
Reverend Ishmael Tun, Host.
Hosts. Come and See Missions Labors of Love Program families, groups, teams, Medical Program medical brigades and individuals in the Field Education Program will be assigned paid American, Mayan/ Mexicans to be with them for at least a portion of the time they are in the Yucatan. This will be in addition to the pastoral leadership that may accompany them from their respected Country. These hosts may be from the church where the mission group, team and/or individual is serving, or another church with in the community of Christ or a person that is otherwise to be with them and help them. Hosts are to see that each mission group, team and individual have an appropriate Christian centered religious and spiritual experience while they are in Mexico. In some cases, paid translators and construction workers will also be required with the hosts. All these positions are under the supervision of the officers.
